Cannot connect to App Store Error on iPhone or iPad: How to Fix
Solution #1. Turn On Cellular/Mobile Data for App Store

Have you mistakenly disallowed App Store to use your cellular data? Make sure App Sure can access cellular data on your iOS device.

Step #1. Open Settings app → Cellular/Mobile.



Step #2. Turn ON Mobile/Cellular Data.



Step #3. Next, scroll down on the same screen and turn on the switch next to App Store.

In case, the switch is already on for the App Store then reboot your device and try to open it again.
Solution #2. Sign Out from iTunes and Sign In again

Step #1. Launch the Settings app from home screen → Tap on iTunes & App Store.



Step #2. Tap on your Apple ID followed by tapping on “Sign Out” on popup window.



Step #3. Sign in again with your Apple ID and password.
